Cheyenne Center is Hiring a Medication Assistant Near Houston, TX
- Monitor clients upstairs and downstairs, checking rooms during every scheduled activity, and record an accurate head count(s) on each shift. Observe and monitor property, including the 2nd floors, all facilities, and property fence perimeter.
- Responsible for medication policy and procedures are followed to meet TDCJ/HHSC contract compliance.
- Responsible for documentation
- Document and remove discontinued meds.
- Complete and document medication audits as per contract
- Responsible for maintaining First Aid Kits
- Monitor Med Alerts and coordinate with Counselors to ensure clients are following medication policy and procedure.
- Responsible for other job-related duties as instructed by Medication Tech Supervisor, Facility Director, CCO, CEO and COO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.25 per hour
